    而王聪和舅妈张蕾的这段不伦恋持续了两年，一直到2020年才被薛成海发现，事后他和妻子张蕾离了婚。虽然妻子张蕾曾向王聪表达过要结束关系，没想到王不肯放手，甚至传了威胁短信，「我会杀了你们一家，如果我杀不了你们一家，我就会自杀」。这条短信吓坏薛成海和妻子张蕾，并申请了针对王聪的限制令。文章源自技术奇点-https://www.xerer.com/archives/33944.html

    根据一份法庭文件指出，薛成海表示王聪曾对他施暴，更经常在家里附近徘徊，薛成海表示，王聪曾要求他帮忙介绍美国女性，进而取得绿卡，他因为拒绝此事，两人关系再度恶化。薛成海2022年4月7日到法院申请延长，不过法院并未核准，没想到薛成海离开法院后，驾驶着SUV冲向王聪，并下车拿枪朝着王聪开了六枪，王聪当场死亡。文章源自技术奇点-https://www.xerer.com/archives/33944.html

    被害人王聪，也就是他的外甥，今年23岁，正在美国东北大学学习计算机科学。舅妈张蕾与王聪发生性关系是在薛成海博士回国期间，其后，薛成海发现了奸情就起诉离婚了，女的还是与薛成海住一起，可能还是想复合吧，于是就要与这个所谓的外甥王聪分手，可正想办法拿绿卡留美国的王聪哪会轻易放弃，便威胁女的“我会杀了你的家人。如果我不杀了你的家人，我就会自杀。”文章源自技术奇点-https://www.xerer.com/archives/33944.html

    于是按照美国法律的话，薛成海与前妻张蕾就申请了限制令，就是禁止王聪接触或接近他们全家。但过了限制期，薛成海想延长限制时间的时候，法院否决了，然后薛成海就直接在法院外开车撞王聪，趁王聪惊慌失措之际，薛成海跳下车掏出手枪直接对着王聪的头部连发十颗子弹！悲剧就此产生了……警察当场控制了薛成海，并宣布王聪死亡！文章源自技术奇点-https://www.xerer.com/archives/33944.html

    代表王聪的律师 Irvin Rakhlin在一封电子邮件中表示，王聪的死是一场悲剧，拒绝延长薛的限制令的法官“适当和深思熟虑地”将事实应用于法律来作出决定：“看到限制令中的诉讼当事人将事情掌握在自己手中，并实施如此毫无意义的暴力行为，这令人深感不安。”

    代表薛成海的律师表示：“薛成海是如此温柔和善良。他没有任何的暴力史。他从没有收到过针对他的限制令。他从未有任何身体虐待指控。薛在中国长大，在那里获得了博士学位，是统计学，他非常聪明，我知道他非常爱他的两个孩子。我十分的难过！”
    一名23岁的本应风华正茂的年轻人万劫不复，一个成就斐然的高科技人才也因此跌入深渊。
    然而亲人变仇人，一场不伦之恋引发的悲剧实在令人唏嘘！但无论如何，杀人始终不是解决矛盾的最终方式，希望这样的悲剧不再发生！
    薛成海的下次庭审定于 5 月 4 日举行。我们会继续关注。
